I solve problems.

Not with quick fixes, and not with short-term solutions.

Real progress usually starts when people realise that something deeper needs to change.

Growth brings complexity. Plans stop working as expected, teams lose rhythm and pressure increases. I know that space very well. There are moments of doubt, setbacks, and times when the direction is not fully clear.

When you are in the picture, you cannot see the frame.

Through ocean racing and building companies, I learned how quickly conditions can change, and how important it is to stay focused on the long term.

It is perspective from someone who has been inside the storm. That is where I work best. I help organisations and teams step back, understand what is really happening, and rebuild a clear path forward.

That means working with a clear goal, building a realistic plan and creating structure that allows people to move together again.

This is not about quick wins. It is about building something solid enough to last.

If you are looking for quick answers, I am probably not the right person. If you are ready to turn complexity into steady progress, we should talk.
